Shipping Information

All orders are usually shipped within 48 Hours upon receipt of the order(s). All orders ship from the East Coast via UPS. East Coast= 3-5 business days, West Coast= 3-7 business days. Under the rare circumstance that a product is back ordered, the product will be shipped out upon the available date. You will be emailed ASAP with the backorder information.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation. Medical Store Direct is not responsible for manufacturer/supplier price changes, which may occur at any time without notice. The product images on this web site may not exactly reflect the product you receive. Design revisions and color variations may exist.

Please remember to keep all the original packaging keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced or returned.

Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. Please email the following information when applying for an RMA: customer name, invoice number, product number and a detailed description of the problem. To obtain an RMA number and return instructions, please email Medical Store Direct at Admin@medicalstoredirect.com

All defective products will be accepted by Medical Store Direct for credit, exchange or repair, at Medical Store Directs discretion within 30 days from the invoice date. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty applies.

Restocking fees up to 25% may apply.

All products to be returned must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date, in resaleable condition. This means that all the original materials must be included with the merchandise.
